Since joining the Royal Thai in August 2013, Chef Dokpudsha has brought some great, tasty new starters and main meals to the menu. These dishes have been a great success and producing many positive reviews. Due to his excellence we see many of the same faces come into the restaurant again and again.
His craft is such that he takes authentic recipes and develops them to a point of perfection.

Rather than divide a talented kitchen’s team’s attention and compromise the standard of excellence which has earned the Royal Thai a widespread reputation, the chef and his team have dedicated themselves solely to the creation of restaurant dishes.
